To insure your order reaches you before holidays when using your mc/visa
through our paypal program the order MUST go to the confirmed address of your credit card. If wanting it shipped to another
address you will need to send us a check/money order which will take longer to process then ship.
Returns?
Yes we will accept returns on unopened orders for 2 weeks from delivery to you.
Refunds do not include any shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item.
Out of stock items
We can if requested make up new items even if noted on the website as out of stock.
Some items are made for certain months of the year (such as halloween or xmas) and can still be made for you at other times.
The processing time will just take a little longer than usual.
Bulk orders
We do bulk orders of lip balms and small 2 ounce lotions with your business logo created
on the front. Please contact us for further information on these types of orders.
Whole loaf soaps?
Yes we can create whole loaf glycerin soaps for you. Some times people want a whole
loaf they can cut themselves as needed. These loafs can be purchased in either Almond Oatmeal, Peach Melba, Michigan
Sunset, Love Spell Type, Bl Vanilla Raspberry Type, Axe Kilo Type, Soothe the Soul, All natural or Cinnabun scents. Please
contact us to order.The loaf price is $15.00 per loaf.

Otherwise you have a few options when ordering such as the website where we can ship to you, a local craft show where you
can pick up your items or we also take orders by mail.
